MHA has a room block for the evenings of Tuesday, March 25 through Saturday, March 29, 2008, on a first-come, first-served basis. A very limited number of rooms have been contracted for Friday and Saturday evenings. The contracted room rate for all nights in a King Suite is $229 per night plus tax and applicable charges. Please contact MatureHealth Communications at 877-764-7267 if you have any questions. The MHA room block cut-off date is Tuesday, February 26, 2008. After February 26, the group rate expires and rates may be higher. If guest rooms are requested after this date, reservations can still be made, but at the prevailing rate. Rooms are all Venetian Luxury Suites, approximately 650 square feet, based on availability. Only nonsmoking rooms have been requested. Depending on availability, nonsmoking rooms are not guaranteed. You may cancel your reservation up to seven (7) days prior to your arrival. Any cancellations after that time or no-shows will result in a cancellation fee of one night's room plus tax.
